Prenatal Planning
Pregnancy and the anticipation of birth can be very scary and stressful. My role with my prenatal planning service is to listen to and validate your feelings or concerns, answer any questions you have about pregnancy, birth or postpartum, help you prepare a birth plan, and aid in any organization or nesting tasks. No matter when you need me along your prenatal journey, I will be there offering support.
$26/hr

Postpartum Care
As a Postpartum Doula, I provide non-medical support and companionship, performing a host of services (from assisting with newborn care to sibling or pet adjustment to meal preparation and light housekeeping to making referrals). I provide parents with practical support that can make the transition with a new baby much smoother emotionally, physically, and socially.
$28/hr (day) & $30/hr (night)

Parenting Support
Parenting young children is the hardest job out there. It can get exhausting maintaining those boundaries, being patient, and constantly giving care (without too much in return). With this service, I work with caregivers to identify problems and goals in their parenting, create a plan to address them, and be by their side as they execute it.
